Client Account Executive (Fixed Term Contract)
Salary: £25,000 per annum
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm
Contract: Fixed Term until 31 August 2027, with the potential for the role to become permanent.

As our client portfolio continues to grow, we're evolving our Client Account Management team to create greater specialist expertise in campaign delivery while providing clear opportunities for career progression.
We're looking for a Client Account Executive to play a key role in delivering successful fundraising campaigns for some of the UK's best-known charities.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build a career in Client Account Management.
Working alongside our experienced Account Managers, you'll coordinate and manage the day-to-day delivery of fundraising campaigns, acting as the link between our clients and our internal teams to ensure every campaign is delivered successfully and achieves the best possible outcomes.
You'll take ownership of a portfolio of acquisition campaigns while gaining experience across a wider range of client projects and services. As your confidence and experience develop, you'll begin managing your own portfolio of client accounts and build the skills needed to progress into an Account Manager role.
This is a varied role combining project coordination, client relationship management, campaign delivery and performance analysis, making it ideal for someone who enjoys organisation, problem solving and working collaboratively with others.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the delivery of client fundraising campaigns from briefing through to completion.
- Take ownership of the day-to-day operational management of a portfolio of fundraising campaigns.
- Build strong relationships with clients through regular communication and excellent service.
- Liaise with Operations, IT and Business Development to ensure campaigns are delivered successfully.
- Prepare reports, analyse campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate campaign launches, testing and internal briefings.
- Maintain accurate campaign documentation and project records.
- Contribute to the successful delivery of client relationships across Angel's wider portfolio.
About You

- Keen to develop a long-term career in client account management.
Previous experience in an office, administration, customer service, project coordination or client-facing role would be advantageous but is not essential.

- Office based in Lostwithiel, Cornwall.
Contract
This position is offered on a fixed-term basis until 31 August 2027 and has been created as part of the continued development of our Client Account Management team, including maternity cover within the department.
Subject to business requirements and performance, there is genuine potential for the role to become permanent.
