Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to join our team at West End Motors in Bodmin. This role is vital in ensuring our customers receive outstanding service and support during their vehicle maintenance experience, reflecting our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities

Greet customers promptly and professionally, understanding their vehicle needs.
Advise customers on vehicle repairs and maintenance options.
Upsell additional services and products to enhance customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with the service technicians to ensure timely completion of work.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and services performed.
Handle cash transactions accurately when necessary.
Provide exceptional customer service to foster long-term relationships.
Keep up-to-date with the latest vehicle models and dealership offerings.
Qualifications
Proven experience in automotive service advising or sales.
Strong customer service skills with a professional demeanor.
Good mechanical knowledge of vehicles.
Ability to upsell services effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
Organized with attention to detail.
A valid driver’s license is preferred.
