We are looking for a motivated and reliable Trainee Fire & Security Engineer to join our growing team.
Department/Location: Throughout Devon & Cornwall – On the road
Reporting to: (Supervisor/manager) Dean Rushton – Delivery Manager
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm – 40 hours per week.
Salary & Benefits: £27,040 – £29,120 starting salary

Main Responsibilities:
- Assist engineers onsite with installations, servicing, and maintenance
- Learn fault finding and diagnostic procedures
- Support planned preventative maintenance visits
- Use mobile/job management software effectively
- Complete paperwork and documentation accurately
- Take site photos and maintain job records
- Communicate professionally with customers and clients
- Maintain tools, equipment, and van stock
- Follow company procedures and safety standards
- Work towards industry qualifications and technical development
- Progress towards working independently over time

Desirable Experience:
