We’re Hiring: Swimming Teachers / Trainee Swimming Teachers / Aquafit Instructors
Are you passionate about working with children and helping them learn a life-saving skill? We’re looking for enthusiastic and reliable Swimming Teachers, Trainee Teachers, Personal Trainers and Aquafit Instructors to join our growing team!
We are a successful and well-established swim school, known for our supportive environment, friendly team, and commitment to delivering high-quality lessons.
What We’re Looking For
You might be the perfect fit if you:
- Enjoy working with children and making learning fun
- Are confident in the water
- Have great communication skills and a positive attitude
- Are reliable, responsible, and enthusiastic
- Are willing to undertake training (if not already qualified)
- Are over 16 for the Trainee Swim Teacher role
- We would also invite applications from personal trainers with a passion for being in the water.

- All staff also undertake general assistant duties, which may include:
- Reception work
- Basic admin
- Cleaning
- Swim assisting
