Sylvan House Residential Home is an independent, local provider of care services to Wirral residents living in a care home.
Summary

We are seeking dedicated Care Home Domestics to join Sylvan House Residential Home in Wirral. In this role, you will support our caregivers by maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients, ensuring their comfort and well-being. This position is vital in helping us uphold our commitment to high-quality care.
Responsibilities

Perform cleaning duties within care home to maintain hygiene standards.
Support care staff by ensuring communal areas and bedrooms are clean and organized.
Follow health and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment.
Manage cleaning supplies and report any maintenance issues.
Assist with laundry and other domestic tasks as required.
Maintain confidentiality and respect residents' privacy at all times.
Contribute to creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for clients and staff.
Qualifications
Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is desirable.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills.
Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
Compassionate attitude aligned with our company values.
Experience working in healthcare or residential settings is a plus but not essential.
