(Contract for Services – Flexible Role)

Associate Dentist Focus:

Clinical Lead Opportunity (for experienced candidates)

In addition to clinical work, you’ll:

Provide clinical leadership and mentoring
Help shape standards, governance, and service development
Play a key role in the future director of the practice
Potential to get involved in teaching and training initiatives

Enhanced UDA rate available to reflect leadership responsibilities.

What You’ll Need

GDC registration + Performer Number
NHS experience (private experience desirable)

Leadership or mentoring experience
Confidence driving clinical standards and good governance
