Corporate and Partnerships Officer (22.5 Hours per Week)
Priscilla Bacon Hospice Charity

Department: Fundraising & Marketing
Location: Norwich (hybrid working)
Hours: 22.5 hours per week ( pro rata)

Job Purpose

The Corporate and Partnerships Officer will develop and manage relationships with local and regional businesses, organisations and groups to generate sustainable income and support for the Priscilla Bacon Hospice Charity. The role will identify, secure and steward corporate partnerships while delivering an excellent supporter experience.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and research prospective corporate partners.
Build and maintain a pipeline of partnership opportunities.
Prepare proposals and presentations.

Host engagement and networking events
Manage Charity of the Year and strategic partnerships.
Support employee fundraising, sponsorship and volunteering opportunities.
Deliver excellent stewardship
Maintain accurate CRM records and reports.
Ensure compliance with fundraising and GDPR requirements.

Working with the Marketing and wider Fundraising Team to meet income targets and support campaign plans.

Person Specification

Essential:

Experience in fundraising, sales, business development or relationship management.
Excellent communication and networking skills, working well in a team.
Strong organisational and project management abilities.
Competent IT and CRM skills.

Desirable:

Corporate fundraising experience.
Knowledge of the Norfolk community.
Experience in the charity sector.

Key Performance Indicators

Corporate income secured / conversion.
Corporate partner retention rate.
Sponsorship income generated.
CRM accuracy and reporting compliance.

Success in the First 12 Months

Secure new Charity of the Year partnerships.
Increase engagement with local businesses and community groups.
Strengthen stewardship of existing supporters.
Grow corporate and community group fundraising income and awareness.

Pay: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
