Commercial Rental Sales Executive
Location: Bathgate, West Lothian (covering Scotland)
Salary: £24,000 basic + uncapped commission (OTE £40,000+)

Due to continued growth, we are looking for an ambitious and driven Commercial Rental Sales Executive to join our expanding team.

The Role
Your primary responsibility will be to generate new business opportunities and secure long-term B2B vehicle rental contracts across Scotland.
You will be responsible for:
- Identifying and approaching new business customers.
- Generating new commercial vehicle rental opportunities.
- Developing relationships with local and national businesses.
- Winning long-term van hire contracts.
- Managing your own sales pipeline from prospecting through to closing.
- Working towards individual sales and revenue targets.
- Following up enquiries and maintaining excellent customer relationships.
- Representing EHD professionally while delivering outstanding customer service.
- Working closely with our operations team to ensure a first-class customer experience.
What We're Looking For
We are looking for someone who is:
- A confident and motivated salesperson.
- Passionate about building relationships and winning new business.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales.
- An excellent communicator both face-to-face and over the telephone.
- Organised with good time management skills.
- Target driven and commercially focused.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a growing team.
- Full UK driving licence.
Previous experience in vehicle rental, fleet services, leasing, automotive sales or B2B sales would be advantageous, however full product training will be provided for the right candidate.

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability when required
Work Location: Bathgate with travel throughout Scotland.
Pay: £24,420.00-£62,567.30 per year
