Job Summary

Sunnyside is looking to recruit a new Healthcare Administrator to the Team.

Whilst a very rewarding job within well established and supportive team, it is challenging, so resilience is essential!

Still interested? We are looking for a compassionate, hardworking and reliable person, who can handle this multitasking post and communicate well with patients and across our multidisciplinary team.

This will be a part time post of 27-30 hours per week and you must be available to work between 8am and 6pm as these are the hours that require covering. You will also be required to work until 8pm on a Tuesday as part of a rota (1 in 7) once fully trained.

Duties

As a Healthcare Administrator at the practice, you will provide first line contact for our patients and visitors, booking appointments, answering queries, processing prescriptions and providing clerical support to the clinical team.
Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and standards by implementing policies and procedures.
Handle patient records with confidentiality in accordance with data protection laws and organisational policies.

Pay: £13.00 per hour
