We are looking for a dynamic and solution-focused Service Manager to join us within Adult Learning Disability Services, where you will play a pivotal role in reforming and modernising the delivery of services as well as ensuring ongoing operational effectiveness.

Subject to meeting eligibility criteria, the IOM Public Service offers two pension arrangements: the Isle of Man Government Unified Scheme 2011or the Isle of Man Government Defined Contribution (DC) Arrangement.
20 days annual leave which will increase after a number of years’ service and 10 Bank Holidays.
