We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, self-motivated person to provide targeted personal support within Dyffryn Taf School and the community for children and young people aged predominantly 10 – 18 years and their families. The worker will engage with young people who will commonly be affected by a broad range of issues associated with family poverty, and those at risk of becoming NEET (not in education, employment or training). The worker will adopt a range of strategies, approaches and the use of effective networks to provide bespoke, needs based support and intervention for young people in need or at risk, within their own communities.
