Ledwood are looking to recruit experienced and motivated Industrial Painters/Blasters to join our Protective Coatings Team based in our Workshop in Pembroke Dock, Pembrokeshire.
The Role
You will be involved in carrying out all aspects of industrial blasting and coating activities, working to demanding client specifications and quality standards across a range of engineering and fabrication projects
Requirements:

Gold / Silver / Bronze Card preferred
-
TSA (Thermal Spray Aluminum) experience preferred
-
Willingness to undertake a trade test
-
Experience in industrial blasting and protective coatings applications
-
Ability to work safely and efficiently to tight specifications and procedures

Strong attention to quality, preparation standards and housekeeping

Positive attitude and team-focused approach
Key Responsibilities
-
Abrasive blasting activities
-
Industrial paint application
-
Surface preparation and coating inspections
-
TSA application work (where applicable)
-
Working to client specifications, ITPs and coating procedures

Maintaining high standards of safety, quality and housekeeping
More Information:
Duration: Starting Immediately - full time contract
Location/ Area: Pembrokeshire, South Wales
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday (39 hours at Workshop – Weekday and Weekend overtime will also be available as and when required to suit the needs of work-scope).
Rate of Pay: Depending on your experience/ skill level & certificates
This position does not have accommodation allowances etc
The work-scope will be in an a workshop facility but also may require you to work in a outdoor environment.
