Multi-Trade Maintenance Technician (Full Time)

Location: London - zone 1
Salary: competitive and higher than the market

condokeeper is a growing property management company specialising in student and residential accommodation across London (zone 1). We deliver reliable, high-quality maintenance and take pride in doing the job right the first time.

The Role
We’re looking for an experienced and dependable Multi-Trade Maintenance Technician to join our team full time. You’ll handle day-to-day repairs and planned maintenance across multiple properties, ensuring work is completed efficiently, professionally, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

General maintenance across plumbing, carpentry, decorating, basic electrics and repairs
Planned and preventative maintenance checks
Responding to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
Providing clear job updates, including before/after photos
Completing work right first time to reduce repeat visits
Representing condokeeper professionally with guests
Taking care of tools, equipment and materials

Requirements

Minimum 5 years’ experience in multi-trade or property maintenance
Experience in residential properties (student accommodation an advantage)
UK driving licence preferred
Good communication skills and a professional attitude
Reliable, self-motivated and well organised
Ability to provide references
Successful candidates must pass a satisfactory DBS check
