You’ll be supported in your role by an Area Operations Manager and a Regional Operations Manager, with regular structured pharmacy visits

We have invested in new technologies for our pharmacies including a new PMR system and centralised dispensing to allow you to focus on providing quality care and services to our customers.

We are focussed on mental health and wellbeing which is why we’ve put all our field managers through the Mental Health Awareness course to raise awareness and enable a greater level of support when working in our pharmacies.

Overview of the role

We are looking for an experienced Pharmacist Manager, with at least 3 years in a managerial position, to lead the team and make a difference at our pharmacy in Scissett.

This community pharmacy is commutable from surrounding towns/ cities/ villages and is located in a health centre which it has a good relationship with.

How our pharmacy makes a difference:

It dispenses 1800 items a week,
It provides a wide range of services including mds, pharmacy first, covid vaccinations, prescribed and emergency contraception, flu vaccinations, nms, supervised consumption, various private services, blood pressure, abpm and dms.
It provides services to 6 substance misuse patients.
It dispenses approximately 40 community blisters.

This pharmacy is open Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 6pm.

The dynamic team at this pharmacy is comprised of two pharmacy assistants and an ACT.

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate must possess an MPharm degree or equivalent and management experience is required for this opportunity.

You'll be focussed on leading your team to deliver the best community pharmacy experience for your patients and customers.

You'll be required to have your GPhC registration upon your start date.
