About the role

We’re looking for a Revenue Growth Management Controller to own and evolve our pricing and promotions strategy, working cross-functionally with the Category, Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain and IT teams.

Responsibilities:

Lead cross‑functional pricing governance with Category, Finance, Supply Chain and Commercial teams.
Partner with Category Leads to set pricing, promotions, KVIs, and vendor‑funded events.
Collaborate with Finance to validate margin, forecast impacts, scenario‑model pricing actions.
Work with Data & Analytics/BI teams to improve reporting, models and measurement tools.
Engage Supply Chain on availability risks when planning promotions.
Provide leadership, mentoring and development to Pricing Analysts.
Build a strong pricing culture with coaching, upskilling and structured review processes.
Represent Pricing in cross‑functional steering groups and trading meetings.
Lead change management for new pricing tools and processes.
Drive continuous improvement in measurement, elasticity modelling and promo ROI.

The Ideal Candidate:

Experience: Minimum 7+ years in pricing, commercial, or analytical roles.
Background in PE firms, Retail and/or Food/CPG suppliers.
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Maths, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Data Science, or related quantitative fields would be advantageous
