As our business continues to grow, we're looking for experienced Solar Roofers to join our expanding installation teams. We welcome applications from both employed and self-employed roofers.
This is a nationwide role, with a fair rota that balances working away from home with local installations. If you take pride in your workmanship and want to be part of a supportive, growing business, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
- Installing roof-mounted Solar PV systems on domestic properties using a variety of mounting systems.
- Carrying out roofing work including slate and tile removal and replacement, flashing, weatherproofing and roof repairs where required.
- Ensuring all installations are completed to the highest standard while maintaining the integrity of the roof.
- Working alongside our Solar Electricians and installation teams to complete projects safely and efficiently.
- Assisting with cable routes and preparing roofs for electrical installation.
- Maintaining excellent health and safety standards at all times.
- Providing a professional and friendly service to customers on every installation.
What We're Looking For
- Previous roofing experience is essential.
- Experience installing Solar PV systems is preferred but full training can be provided to the right candidate.
- Strong understanding of roofing methods and safe working at height.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Full UK Driving Licence.

Working Pattern

Experience
- Roofing: Minimum 2 years preferred.
- Solar PV installation experience is desirable but not essential.
Licence
- Full UK Driving Licence (Required)
