Location: Praa Sands Holiday Park, TR20 9SH

Salary: £13.10 per hour

Hours: 16 hours per week - to include weekends and bank holidays (opportunity to work overtime)

Job Type: Permanent

What You’ll Do

As a Leisure Assistant, you will:

Lifeguard our indoor and/or Outdoor swimming pool, ensuring guest safety at all times
Support the day-to-day operations of the leisure complex, including cleaning and facility checks
Provide excellent customer service to guests and owners, creating a welcoming and helpful environment
Assist with opening and closing procedures of the leisure facility
Adhere to Health & Safety procedures, reporting any risks or incidents promptly
Help deliver activity sessions as required and maintain the presentation of the leisure area

Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a responsible, proactive team player who is passionate about guest safety and leisure activities. You’ll have:

A Valid RLSS NPLQ Certificate (Desirable)
Pool Responder qualification (Desirable)
Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with guests of all ages
A positive, professional attitude with great teamwork and problem-solving abilities
A flexible approach to working hours, including weekends and evenings
Previous experience in a similar leisure or guest-facing role (Desirable)
