Purpose of the Role:
To oversee the daily operation of the fulfilment department, ensuring customer orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and safely while leading and developing a team to achieve operational targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise warehouse operatives and team leaders
- Allocate daily workloads and priorities
- Conduct shift briefings and communicate targets
- Train, coach and mentor team members
- Monitor attendance, punctuality and performance
- Handle disciplinary and performance issues where required
- Ensure customer orders are picked, packed and dispatched on time
- Monitor workflow throughout the shift
- Priortise priority orders
- Investigate and resolve order errors
- Maintain high levels of order accuracy
The day-to-day role will be holding a team briefing before each shift, and reviewing staff levels and co ordinating where people need to be for operational function. Working within the team to ensure everything is running smoothly. Ensuring all orders are picked and packed in a timely manner. Working with the teams to ensure the Warehouse is tidy, safe and efficient.
The Supervisor will be in charge of ensuring KPIs are met.

Pay: £38,000.00 per year
