Job Overview

Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Transformer Production Operator! In this energetic role, you will be at the forefront of transformer fabrication, responsible for assembling, testing, and ensuring the quality of our electrical transformers. Your hands-on expertise will drive efficient production processes, utilizing a variety of tools and technical skills to deliver top-tier products. This position offers a vibrant work environment where your mechanical aptitude and attention to detail will make a tangible impact on our manufacturing excellence. No previous experience needed as on site training is given.

Responsibilities

Operate fabrication equipment and machinery, including winding machines, assembly tools, and other hand tools to assemble transformer components.
Handle materials safely and efficiently within the warehouse setting, ensuring proper storage and movement of raw materials and finished products.
Conduct assembly tasks with precision, ensuring all components meet quality standards through inspection and testing procedures.
Maintain accurate documentation of production activities, including shift reports and quality logs.

Support continuous improvement initiatives by adhering to safety protocols and suggesting process enhancements.
