We're looking for a Site Administrator to join our Construction team based in West Cornwall.
Location: West Cornwall
Hours: 8.00am – 16.30 - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

What will you be responsible for?
As a Site Administrator, you'll be working within the Construction team, supporting them in providing an efficient administration service on site. Your day to day will include:
- Managing site administration including visitor processes, notice boards, and filing structures
- Ordering and maintaining welfare consumables, stationery, PPE, and printer supplies
- Supporting the Biosite system, managing inductions and competency records
- Maintaining records in line with GDPR, including site inductions, compliance paperwork, and environmental data
- Assisting with project meetings, minute taking, and generating internal and external site reports
