We are recruiting for a Kitchen Cleaning Technician to join our team at a stadium located in Aston

Cleaning Supervisor

Job Location: Aston Villa

Salary : £ 15 per hour.

Hours: Days/Nights

Work Time: Casual, Flexible, to suit the needs of the business

Job Duties:Role Description

Reporting to the Senior Technician, this role is responsible for all aspects of the Kitchen Deep Cleaning operation and ensuring that activities are carried out in line with the Senior Technician's direction and the required CleanEvent and client standards.

This is a hands-on cleaning role. You will work alongside the wider Kitchen Deep Cleaning team under the supervision of the Senior Technician

Key Responsibilities

After training you will be expected to work independently but as part of the team to fully deep clean the list of equipment below (This is not a definitive list as each kitchen has different equipment within it).

· Ovens including Rational type and traditionally ovens

· 6 Burner hobs and solid tops

· Fryers

· Filters/ Plenum/ Canopy

· Salamandas

· Hot Cardboards/ Surfaces/ Trolleys

· Fridges/ Freezers (Including walk in type)

· Sinks, Floors, Walls, Ceilings, Wheels and Doors

· You will also be trained to use competently the following bits of equipment

· Floor Cleaning Machines

· Steaming Machines

· Decarbonisor Machines

· Vacuums Wet and Dry

· Pressure Washing Machines

Person Specification

Although experience of this industry would be beneficial its not essential, we are looking for motivated hard working individuals who do not mind working with heavy/ dirty grease and are willing to learn.

Our inhouse training department will teach you the skills you need to carry out the work with excellent progression opportunities.
