Full job description

Job Overview
We are seeking a Self Employed Mortgage Advisor either experienced or newly qualified in Birmingham area who is keen to grow within the business. We are Power Mortgages and we have just recently set up a new office in Birmingham. This role could be done on a Hybrid basis or remote. Initially will be face to face with training and meetings.

All leads will be provided along with admin support. Our main niche is dealing with buy to let landlords. Although we deal with a lot of other types of cases this is what we actively advertise for.

Our strongest point is training to grow advisors to be the best at what they do and our lead source. Not only are we are a Mortgage Broker we are also a marketing company which generates our own mortgage leads which we have full control over. Leads are not capped so if you are converting these leads well then there will be no cap.

Responsibilities

Conduct an initial fact find gathering details and also advising customers on the best routes.
Research the whole of market to come back with the best recommendation for the customer.
Gather up all documents and submit an application to the lender.
Making sure all CPD logs are up to date.
Have regular 1-1 meetings with the director to discuss plans, growth and progress.

Requirements

At least 1 years experience in providing Mortgage Advice - Although for the right candidate we will accept trainees.
CeMap qualified or equivalent.

Pay: £35,000.00-£100,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Birmingham B4 6AF
