THE ENVIRONMENT
Hogs Haven Golf Club is an extraordinary new private members’ golf club nestled in the hills overlooking the ancient city of St Andrews.Intent on offering unrivalled personal experiences, world-class golf, exceptional accommodation, elevated F&B and spa and a welcoming home-from-home from which to explore the stunning golf courses, sightseeing and hospitality in the surrounding East Neuk of Fife and beyond.
THE ROLE
Our Club Concierge staff work within the reservations team. Engaging with club members, building trust and rapport in advance of their visits to create bespoke experiences that include golf, accommodation, transfers, dining and spa reservations plus offsite activities and sightseeing.
In the season, they will work closely with all onsite teams, between the administrative hub and the main front desk, to deliver seamless guest experiences at the highest service levels. Greeting our members as they arrive onsite, the Concierge Services team will be the central port of call for orientation and member enquiries during their stay.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Bespoke Itinerary Curation: Design, cost and confirm custom itineraries including accommodation, golf, spa treatments, private dining, and local East Neuk sightseeing.
Seamless Coordination: Book and manage all logistics, including transfers, tee times, caddies and restaurant reservations, liaising closely with our Transport and Hospitality teams plus offsite suppliers.
Member Liaison: Act as the primary member contact, greeting members onsite at check-in/out and providing proactive phone or email outreach in and out of the golf season to anticipate and exceed their expectations.
Personalised Service: Maintain detailed member profiles to assist ultra-attentive personalisation of stays and acknowledgement of special occasions
Operational Excellence: Manage internal communication systems to provide real-time updates across departments and ensure all privacy protocols and operational procedures are strictly upheld.
WORK SCHEDULE
In-Season (May – Oct):
Shift-based - 5 days Mon - Sun.
Off-Season (Nov – April): Office-based with some work from home flexibility - 5 days Mon - Sun
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
We are looking for a welcoming and adaptable team player who possesses the ‘service gene’, acts with professionalism and a genuine sense of fun and is keen to deliver within this ultra high-end environment.
Experience: Previous experience in a similar high-end concierge, tour coordination or hospitality role is preferred.
Communication: Fluent English with exceptional written and verbal skills.
Technical Savvy: Proficient in MS365; ability to quickly master CRM and Resort Management applications.
Problem Solving: Highly organised with the ability to remain calm and diplomatic when handling last-minute changes.
Discretion: Proven ability to build trusting relationships while maintaining strict member confidentiality.
