This is an exciting opportunity to build a career in sales with a fast-growing company. You'll receive structured training, develop commercial skills, and work towards progressing into a Business Development Manager role within 12 to 18 months.
The Role
This is a high-energy, outbound sales role focused on identifying and engaging innovative businesses across Ireland.
Using telephone outreach, LinkedIn, and email, you'll speak directly with business owners and senior decision-makers to understand their businesses, introduce TCM’s services, and arrange meetings for our consulting team.
From day one, you'll receive ongoing coaching and support, giving you the opportunity to develop into a confident and successful business development professional.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and contact businesses across Ireland that could benefit from TCM’s services.
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Speak with founders, directors, and senior decision-makers to understand their businesses and identify potential opportunities.
- Qualify prospective clients and arrange meetings for our consulting team.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities using our CRM.
- Work closely with the wider commercial team to achieve business growth.
- Attend networking events and exhibitions where appropriate.
About You
We're looking for someone who is ambitious, resilient, and enjoys speaking with people.
You'll ideally have:
- Some experience in sales or another customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence speaking with senior decision-makers.
- A positive attitude and a strong desire to succeed.
- The ability to work towards targets in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable:
- A 2:1 or above in a BA or BSc degree.
- Previous B2B sales experience.
- A background in competitive team sports.

- Starting salary of £25,000.
- Uncapped commission with an expected first-year OTE of £35,000 to £50,000.
