Full job description

We are a multi service law firm based in Perth and are looking to appoint a part time receptionist to join our team. (Monday & Tuesday 9 am - 5 pm)

The role will involve:-

Answering the telephone and redirecting calls to staff, taking messages, and ensuring they are forwarded on appropriately.
Providing an exceptional front of house service for both employees and clients
Meeting and greeting visitors in a friendly and professional manner- Managing our boardroom diary as well as setting the boardroom up for meetings
Order and maintain stationery stock
General filling and archiving
Ad hoc administration duties
Typing

Ideally, you will have previous reception experience, be confident in dealing with clients directly by telephone and in person and you will have excellent time management and organisational skills.

Good IT and keyboard skills are essential as well as a proactive approach to the role. If you would like to join our very friendly firm offering a supportive working environment, this could be the role for you.
