Job Overview
About the Role

Stretch Bar Sports Massage & Recovery is a luxury, welcoming recovery spa based in the heart of Perth. We specialise in performance, recovery, and wellbeing-offering a modern, high-end environment for both clients and therapists. We are looking for a self-employed Sports Therapist or Massage Therapist to join our growing team. This is a ready-to-go opportunity with an existing client base, full equipment provided, and strong support to help you grow your business.

What You'll Be Doing: You will deliver high-quality treatments tailored to client needs, including:

Deep tissue / sports massage / Relaxation massage / Cupping therapy / Assisted stretching / stretch therapy Pregnancy massage / Hot stone massage/ Dry needling or acupuncture.

(Additional skills and therapies are highly desirable and encouraged.)

What We're Looking For:

-Minimum 1 year experience in massage or sports therapy

-Qualified and insured therapist

-Confident working independently in a self-employed role

-Strong communication and client care skills

-Professional, reliable, and well-presented

Highly important:

This role suits someone who is self-motivated, proactive, and willing to promote themselves. You should be comfortable contributing to your own client growth, retention, and marketing efforts alongside the support we provide. Weekend availability is essential. Hours Part-time (approx. 25 hours per week). Flexibility available depending on availability and demand.

Pay:

Self-employed position £20-£24 per hour (hands-on treatment time) depending on experience.
