Job description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Lab Technician to join our product development team. The ideal candidate will assist in formulating, preparing, and testing cosmetic and personal-care products while maintaining strict quality, safety, and documentation standards. Responsibilities include weighing and mixing raw materials, conducting stability and performance tests, recording accurate lab data, and supporting the development of new formulations. A strong understanding of laboratory procedures, good organizational skills, and a passion for cosmetic science are essential. Requirements
A degree in a scientific discipline (such as Chemistry, Biology, or a related field).
Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage, but not essential—we welcome motivated candidates who are eager to learn.
Job Role
- Samples and reports done in a priority lead time
- Other formula stability checks for chemists
- Making lab samples for customers
- Making lab samples for PET testing
- Attend supplier meetings to learn about new ingredients and trends and log meeting notes
- Uploading regulatory documentation to World Over
- Maintaining accurate Laboratory records
- Administration relating to new raw materials
- Test applications and other work required by the team
- Stock taking for materials and packaging
- Distribution of samples to Sales Team
- Responsible for Lab tidiness and cleanliness
Schedule: Monday- Friday, 8am-4pm
