Opened in 2022, our purpose built 8 surgery practice is located within the prestigious Fletton Quays development overlooking the River Nene. The practice has quickly built a reputation for combining high quality dentistry with outstanding patient care in what is likely one of the most visually impressive dental practices in the country.
We are part of a long established family dental group that has been based in Milton Keynes for over 40 years and now operates across multiple locations.
Our Peterborough practice is fully digital and equipped with state of the art technology including:
- Orthophos CBCT
- Full CEREC system
- iTero scanner
- Zeiss microscope
- Dedicated surgical suite for implant, cosmetic and advanced procedures
We provide high quality private dental care 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
The Role
We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual to join our existing leadership team, which currently includes a Practice Manager and three Assistant Managers/Supervisors.
Dental experience is mandatory.
This is a hands on leadership role suited to somebody who thrives in a fast paced environment, enjoys problem solving, and is capable of motivating and supporting a large team.
The role requires alternate full weekends (Saturday and Sunday), plus additional weekdays on a fixed two week rota, averaging 3 to 4 days per week.

Responsibilities Include
- Overseeing the day to day running of the practice
- Staff rota management using digital systems and apps
- Diary and workflow management
- Monitoring stock levels and expenditure
- Complaints management and patient support
- Staff recruitment, training and development
- HR duties including inductions, appraisals and disciplinary procedures
- Maintaining standards of conduct and professionalism
- Ensuring regulatory and legal compliance
Salary & Benefits
Practice Managers
(GDC registrant with minimum 2 years management experience)
From £15.50 per hour
Junior Managers
(GDC registrant)
From £14.50 per hour
Supervisors
(Non GDC registrant)
From £12.71 per hour

Interview Process
Suitable applicants will first be invited for an initial phone interview.
Successful candidates may then be invited for a 30 to 45 minute in person interview at the practice.

Pay: £32,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
