About the role

Deliver impactful events that engage audiences and drive meaningful business outcomes

We are looking for an Event Executive to join our Marketing team, supporting the delivery of a growing and high-profile events programme.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with early experience in events or marketing who is looking to develop their career in a fast-paced B2B environment. Working closely with the Head of Events, you will play a key role in ensuring events are delivered professionally, run seamlessly, and contribute to wider demand generation and brand objectives.

What you’ll be doing

You will support the end-to-end delivery of a varied events programme, contributing to both execution and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities include:

Supporting the planning and delivery of exhibitions, conferences, customer events, roundtables and webinars
Coordinating event logistics including venues, suppliers, travel, accommodation and on-site requirements
Managing timelines and ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met
Assisting with on-site event delivery to ensure a high-quality attendee experience
Supporting event promotion through email campaigns, social media and event communications
Coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and readiness for events
Tracking registrations and attendance, and supporting post-event reporting and follow-up activity
Maintaining event plans, budgets, trackers and supporting general administration

Skills & experience

We’re seeking an organised and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

You’ll ideally bring:

Experience in an events, marketing or marketing operations role
Exposure to supporting corporate events, exhibitions or conferences
Strong organisational and project coordination skills
Additionally, experience working in B2B marketing environments and familiarity with marketing automation, CRM or event platforms (e.g. HubSpot, Cvent or similar) would be advantageous.
