Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for residents and guests. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces.
Ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and stored properly.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
Interact with residents and guests in a friendly and professional manner, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
Maintain an organised schedule to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
Assist with laundry services as needed, ensuring that linens are clean and well-presented.
Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness in accordance with company policies.

Experience

Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred but not essential.
Proficiency in English is required for effective communication with team members and clients.
Strong customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for all residents and guests.
A valid driving licence is advantageous for roles that may require travel between locations.
