Join the Team at Realise
We’re looking for an Admin, Operations & Marketing Assistant to join the team at Realise - and this isn’t your average office role.
Yes, you’ll support the day-to-day operations and marketing side of our accountancy practice… but you’ll also get involved in a range of exciting projects across different industries - including helping support and promote our bar, Tipsy Cow!
This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same.
What you'll be doing:
- Supporting admin and operations across the business
- Assisting with marketing, social media & content creation
- Helping with organisation, systems and client communication
- Getting involved in events, promotions and creative projects
- Supporting both Realise and Tipsy Cow initiatives
- Bringing ideas to the table and helping us grow
What we’re looking for:
- A positive, can-do attitude
- Someone organised, proactive and reliable
- Creative skills are a big bonus
- Comfortable using social media and digital platforms
- A willingness to learn and get stuck in
- Someone who wants to be part of something exciting
- If you have ever worked in a bar, you will also have useful skills!
The role:
- 35–38 hours per week
- Flexible working approach

This role is a 6 week temp role but could lead to a full time position for the right person! This isn't guaranteed but we are always open to a chat!
