We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant / Operations Coordinator to work directly with the director of a fast-growing e-commerce manufacturing business.
We manufacture and sell products through a variety of online marketplaces.
This is a key role within the business. Your primary responsibility will be to act as the director’s right-hand person by handling day-to-day operational issues, filtering routine questions, following up with staff and suppliers, and ensuring tasks are completed without constant supervision.
The goal of this role is to reduce the director’s involvement in daily problems so they can focus on higher-level activities such as product development, sourcing, strategy, and business growth.
You will be expected to take ownership, solve problems independently, and escalate only genuinely important matters that require management input.
In addition to operations and administration, you may also assist with social media activities such as creating content, filming short videos, posting updates, and occasionally presenting products in live videos.
