We are a growing Family Boat Building Business; building innovate, award winning boats. From 14ft salmon cobbles to 35ft work/pleasure boats.
Due to an increase in orders, we are now looking to take on an additional 1st stage fitter
Duties:
- Fitting out wooden bearers floors and ribs
- Use power tools and hand tools
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organised work area
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
Requirements:
- Previous experience in carpentry required
- Familiarity with power tools and hand tools
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
