Greaves 3D Engineering designs, manufactures, and supplies world-leading pit lane equipment. We are looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled CNC Machinist / Offline Programmer to join our team and help drive our reputation for engineering excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Program, set, and operate CNC milling and turning machinery to manufacture precision components
- Create and optimise CNC programs using offline programming software
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and CAD models
- Select appropriate tooling and machining strategies for efficient production
- Monitor and inspect finished components to ensure quality standards are met
- Identify opportunities to improve machining processes and cycle times
- Maintain equipment and ensure it operates efficiently
- Collaborate with the team to meet production goals and deadlines
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- Proven experience programming, setting, and operating CNC machinery
- Experience with offline programming software
- Strong knowledge of machining and manufacturing processes
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Ability to work independently and maintain attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive work ethic
