Key Theatre, Peterborough
Full Time | Performing Arts & Dance Lecturer
Deliver outstanding teaching across Dance and Musical Theatre programmes.
Teach a range of dance styles including Jazz, Ballet, Tap, Commercial and Contemporary.
Prepare students for performances, productions, assessments and industry opportunities.
Assess learner work and provide high-quality feedback.
Monitor progress, conduct reviews and support achievement.
Promote excellent attendance, professionalism and student wellbeing.
Support tutorials, work placements and enrichment activities.
Maintain accurate records and contribute to curriculum development and quality improvement.
Relevant qualifications in Performing Arts, Dance or Musical Theatre.
Experience teaching or training young people.
Strong industry knowledge and passion for developing future talent.
Commitment to safeguarding, inclusion and student success.
