As a Team Leader for Benugo, you will be supporting the management team to assist with any team or customer queries.

Job Description
The Team Leader will provide a positive and efficient customer experience, whilst ensuring the smooth running of the location.
Key Responsibilities:

To ensure Food Safety and Health and Safety compliance is followed at all times.

To organise deliveries, checking delivery notes and reporting any discrepancies.

To assist with all front of house tasks, such as clearing tables, working on tills and serving food and drink,
-
Carry out daily team briefings.

Assist with the development of the team, providing training and up-skilling where possible.
-
Support management with effective cost control, inclusive of labour targets.
