Senior 360 Recruitment Consultant – Energy Recruitment

Location: Whiteley
Employment type: Full-time, permanent

We partner with leading operators and service companies in more than 50 countries, supporting offshore drilling, completions, interventions, production, and emerging energy projects.

We are looking for an experienced Senior 360 Recruitment Consultant to take ownership of a specialist market. This is a commercially focused position responsible for winning new business, managing client relationships, delivering recruitment assignments and growing Gross Profit.

The opportunity

Approximately 70% of the role focuses on business development and 30% on recruitment delivery.

You will own both sides of your desk: identifying prospective clients, converting opportunities into qualified vacancies and personally recruiting the technical professionals those clients need.

You will have the autonomy to build your market while benefiting from support from our Delivery, Marketing, and Sales Activation and Redeployment teams.

Key responsibilities

Deliver individual Gross Profit, pipeline and activity targets.
Develop new client relationships through outbound business development, networking, LinkedIn, referrals and market intelligence.
Grow existing accounts by identifying new hiring requirements and commercial opportunities.
Convert marketing, referral and redeployment leads into qualified vacancies.
Complete detailed vacancy qualification before sourcing begins.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy briefing and candidate sourcing through to interviews, offers and placements.
Source, interview, qualify and competency-assess candidates.
Build specialist talent pools for current and future demand.
Manage candidate and client communication throughout every assignment.
Work with the Delivery Team to secure additional sourcing support.
Support contractor extensions and redeployment opportunities.
Maintain up-to-date market intelligence, salary benchmarking and hiring trends.
Record all client, candidate, vacancy and placement activity accurately in the CRM on the same day.

Becoming a recognised subject-matter expert within your market.

Essential experience

Previous experience in a 360 or contract recruitment role.
A demonstrable record of generating new business through outbound activity.
Experience managing the complete recruitment process from vacancy qualification to placement.
Experience sourcing, interviewing and assessing candidates.
Experience managing a client portfolio, commercial pipeline and Gross Profit performance.
Experience working in a KPI- and SLA-driven recruitment environment.
Strong CRM discipline and commercial organisation.
Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.

Desirable experience

Recruitment experience within energy, engineering or another technical market.
Experience placing contract professionals.
Experience building specialist candidate communities or talent pools.
Experience using LinkedIn and social media for business development and candidate attraction.
Exposure to contractor mobilisation, extension or redeployment.
