The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Qualified Dental Nurse to join our friendly team. This part-time, permanent position is ideal for someone passionate about patient care and eager to contribute to a high-performing dental practice. You will work closely with dentists and other clinical staff to ensure smooth and effective dental procedures, while providing compassionate support to our patients.

Key Responsibilities

Assist dentists during a variety of dental treatments and procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
Prepare and sterilise dental instruments and equipment in accordance with infection control protocols.
Maintain accurate patient records and assist with administrative duties as required.
Provide oral health education and advice to patients, promoting good dental hygiene practices.
Support the team in maintaining a clean, organised, and compliant clinical environment.
Manage stock levels and place orders to ensure the smooth running of the practice.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations and professional standards.

Qualifications & Experience

Qualified Dental Nurse with current registration on the General Dental Council (GDC) register.
Previous experience in a dental practice environment is preferred but not essential for the right candidate.
Strong communication skills with a friendly and approachable manner.
Excellent organisational skills and ability to work well within a team.
Commitment to continuous professional development and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of dental nursing practices.
Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and comply with data protection regulations.
