Vacancy Location: Cardiff, CF24 2NT

Shifts: Full Time Monday – Friday 8am-4pm 37.5 hours a week

Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour

Your new role at Ivolve is calling you!

We are looking for an organised and friendly Administrator to join our growing team. You will provide essential day-to-day administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the service.

St Albans is a 39 -bed nursing home supporting adult male and females with learning disabilities, acquired brain injuries, dementia and mental health. The service provides a safe, structured and person-centred environment where individuals are supported to build independence, develop daily living skills, and achieve their personal goals.

Key Duties:

Managing staff rotas and attendance records
Payroll input, petty cash, and general financial administration
Answering phone calls, emails, and responding to enquiries
Welcoming families, visitors, and professionals to the service
Maintaining accurate records, including care and staff documentation
Supporting HR administration, onboarding, and training records
Liaising with GPs, social workers, and external agencies
Providing general office support in a busy environment
Taking notes down when supporting in meetings

Previous administration experience
Strong IT and organisational skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Patient, kind, compassionate, and professional manner
