Part-time to start, with a clear path to full-time · Competitive salary, based on experience
About the role
We're looking for an experienced Senior Physiotherapist who's ready for more responsibility, and a real say in how a clinic is run. We're a two-site clinic in Heavitree, Exeter, in an exciting position to build out our leadership structure as we grow, so there's room for this role to develop into something bigger. You won't just be delivering care, you'll be helping shape how the clinic works.
What you'll be doing
You'll carry a senior caseload- sports injuries, post-op rehab, and the complex MSK cases other practitioners refer up to you. You'll have use of tools including VALD force plates, force frames and a dedicated strength and rehab space. Alongside your clinical work, you'll mentor less experienced practitioners and help shape clinical standards across the team, with a clear route into a formal leadership role as our structure develops over the next couple of years.
What we offer
- A path from part-time to full-time and into management.
- Autonomy to practise the way you were trained, plus a genuine say in how the wider team does too. CPD we actually invest in, not just the bare minimum.
What we're looking for
Beyond the right qualifications, we're looking for someone who fits the way we work. You're personable- someone patients and colleagues warm to quickly. You bring a sense of fun to the day-to-day, without losing sight of the standard of care we hold ourselves to.
You're intuitive, able to read a room, a patient, or a team dynamic and adjust accordingly. You lead and support with empathy, invested in the people around you- both patients and teammates. You've also got an eye for how things could work better, whether that's a small process tweak or a smarter way to get the best out of the team and drive better outcomes.
Life at Motion
We work hard for our patients, and we back each other while we do it. Across both sites, you'll find a close-knit team that shares knowledge, supports each other through tricky cases, and enjoys working together- with regular socials and team catch-ups along the way.
Devon's a great place to build a career and a life. You're twenty minutes from Dartmoor, close to the coast on both sides, and based in Exeter- a city that gives you easy access to the outdoors without sacrificing city life.
If you're looking for a fun, collaborative, down-to-earth team in a great place to live, you'll fit right in at Motion.
How to apply
If this sounds like your kind of next step, get in touch- we'd love to hear from you.
