Job Specification: Brand Executive (Wholesale)

Position Overview: As a Brand Executive, you will play a key role in driving the wholesale success and market presence of our eyewear portfolio. This is a dynamic, mid-level role ideal for a proactive sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for managing key wholesale accounts, driving sales growth, and identifying new business opportunities to expand our brands' reach. Prior experience in eyewear sales is essential for this role.

Key Duties

1. Wholesale Sales and Account Management

Drive Sales: Execute targeted sales strategies to consistently achieve and exceed wholesale sales targets across your assigned territory or brand portfolio.
Relationship Building: Nurture and grow a strong network of B2B clients, focusing on maximising the value of existing relationships while delivering exceptional, timely customer service.
Account Optimisation: Oversee the full lifecycle of account management, ensuring efficient processing of orders and implementing proactive strategies for reorders, up-selling, and cross-selling.
Product Expertise: Maintain deep, specialised product knowledge across all eyewear categories to confidently present collections and leverage technical details to close sales.
On-the-Ground Activation: Regularly conduct store visits, oversee in-store campaigns, and facilitate brand training sessions for our wholesale partners' retail staff.

2. Business Development and Market Expansion

New Acquisition: Identify, pitch, and secure new business opportunities to expand our company's visibility and the market reach of our eyewear brands.
Commercial Proposals: Create tailored, compelling commercial proposals that meet the unique needs of potential wholesale clients and retail partners.
Brand Synergy: Identify and act on cross-sell opportunities within our existing network to introduce clients to other relevant brands within our portfolio.

3. Market Insight and Brand Support

Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyse sell-through rates, using data to advise wholesale partners on stock optimisation and to provide actionable feedback to our brand partners.
Visual Merchandising: Ensure excellent visual representation of our brands both in-store and online across our partner network.
Marketing Collaboration: Develop and maintain robust relationships with the marketing and social media teams of key accounts to enhance brand exposure and align promotional efforts.

Qualifications & Experience

Industry Experience: Proven experience in a wholesale sales or account management role within the fashion or luxury goods sector, with essential, demonstrable experience in eyewear sales.
Sales Track Record: A solid history of achieving and surpassing sales targets, exploiting new leads, and driving account growth.
Communication Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities, capable of presenting confidently to buyers and retail partners.
Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of wholesale sales processes, current market trends, and eyewear brand positioning.
