Full job description

Old Thorns Hotel & Resort is looking for Bar Team Leaders to join our Hotel Bar Team! If you are looking for a new and exciting role, with a strong desire to be a key contributor within a friendly team then look no further!

Main Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional customer service to all guests visiting the resort.
Serve a range of high-quality drinks including premium draught beer, spirts, wines, cocktails and hot beverages.
Adhere to opening and closing procedures.
Restock the bar.
Ensure a clean and safe working area for both colleagues and guests.

Assist the Bars management in leading the team.
Demonstrate passion for customer service and take pride in your work.

What are we looking for?

1-2 years experience working in a bar
Team leadership experience in a similar role
Smart personal presentation and polite and friendly manner
Passionate about delivering the highest standards of customer care

What to expect?
