Hours: Full time 35 hours per week
Location: Stratford, London Office-based with high flexibility (1-2 days per week in the office) plus nationwide travel (at least 2 days per week)

This is a unique opportunity where you will play an impactful role in supporting the Training & Compliance Managers, external suppliers & agencies, and fundraising teams to develop, implement, and manage the quality and compliance monitoring of our face-to-face campaigns.
This role will be both desk-based and ‘in the field’ meaning no day will be the same and you’ll discover something new every day. For example, some days you will be designing and delivering training to our fundraisers both in-person across the UK and virtually; shadowing fundraisers onsite; collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, suppliers, and agencies; developing engagement tools and materials, supporting on the delivery of mystery shopping programmes, identifying trends and improvements, contributing to the team’s strategy, and many more.
This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in a face to face fundraising role, or someone with extensive experience in a customer facing sales role, who enjoys travel and communicating with a diverse group of stakeholders.
Delivering inspiring training presentations to fundraisers across the UK and virtually, communicating CRUK’s work, including scientific research and compliant behaviours, in an easy-to-understand approach.
Design, develop and continuously improve training, engagement and support materials, including presentations, videos, engagement modules and recognition initiatives.
Monitor fundraising standards and compliance through observations, mystery shopping, call sampling and field-based assessments, providing coaching and feedback where needed.
What are we looking for ?
A background of working in training, compliance or fundraising (this could include experience within a customer facing sales role ), with strong training, facilitation, presentation skills to individuals and groups of people, and ideally with an ability to coach face to face fundraisers in the field.
