Job Overview

KW Motors Ltd is a small, growing car dealership based in St Albans. We are looking for a Creative, technically capable and proactive Graphic Designer, Multimedia designer and Content Creator to take ownership of our digital presence.

This is a varied role for someone who enjoys combining graphic design, photography, video production, social media, website management and digital marketing.

You will have the opportunity to take ownership of our online presence and help develop the KW Motors brand across our website, email marketing and social media channels.

In this role, you will be the driving force behind developing captivating visual content that elevates our brand presence across digital platforms. You will harness your expertise in graphic design, multimedia production, and web management to craft engaging visuals, videos, and interactive content that resonate with diverse audiences.

Duties

Design and produce compelling graphics for websites, social media, marketing campaigns, and presentations using tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) .
Create engaging multimedia content including videos, animations, and motion graphics utilizing Adobe After Effects and video editing software.
Develop and implement web design elements using HTML, CSS, WordPress, and content management systems to enhance user experience.
Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to ensure visual consistency across all digital channels while supporting branding initiatives.
Capture high-quality photography to supplement visual content assets for campaigns or website updates.
Photograph and video vehicles for online listings and social media.
Take ownership of the day-to-day management and content of the KW Motors website.
Ensure website content is accurate, up to date and visually appealing.
Keep website images and multimedia content optimised for performance.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and adhering to deadlines.

Requirements

Proven experience in graphic design, digital design, multimedia content creation, or related fields.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Adobe After Effects,and video editing tools.
Strong knowledge of web development languages including HTML, CSS; experience with WordPress is essential.
Ability to produce professional photography for digital use; knowledge of lighting and composition is preferred.
Experience working with content management systems and creating responsive designs for various devices.
Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate ideas clearly and effectively across teams.
Knowledge of marketing strategies to align visual content with brand goals; understanding of branding concepts is advantageous.
