Duties
- Deliver expert hair styling, cutting, and grooming services tailored to individual client needs
- Provide personalised consultations to recommend suitable styles and treatments
- Maintain a clean, organised work station in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Build and sustain strong client relationships through excellent customer service and communication skills
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to optimise barbershop operations
Experience
- Proven experience in hair styling, barbering, or related roles.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to connect effectively with clients and team members
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanour
- Knowledge of current hair trends, colour techniques, and grooming products is essential
