Job Title: Mobile Facilities Assistant

Location: Cornwall - Mobile (travel required )

Job Type: Full-time, permanent

Salary: starting at £30,000.00 pa depending on experience

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Mobile Facilities Assistant to join our team. As a Mobile Facilities Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of multiple facilities across various locations. You will be required to travel to various sites, so a willingness to travel and a valid driver's license is required.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular maintenance checks on facilities and equipment to ensure they are in good working order
Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks as needed
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for major repairs and maintenance work
Assist in setting up and tearing down for events and meetings
Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
Ensure that all facilities are clean and well-maintained
Respond promptly to facility-related emergencies and troubleshoot issues as needed
Provide excellent customer service to employees, tenants, and visitors

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
1+ years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related field
Experience with basic maintenance tasks, such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs will be useful
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
Ability to travel to multiple locations
Valid driver's license ( company vehicle will be provided)
Basic computer skills, including email and Microsoft Office

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg
Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs for extended periods of time
Ability to work in various weather conditions
