We are seeking a creative and driven Digital Marketing Coordinator to support and execute digital marketing initiatives across multiple online channels. The ideal candidate will assist with content creation, social media management, email campaigns, website updates, SEO efforts, and digital advertising while helping track and analyse campaign performance.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams, and is passionate about growing brand awareness and customer engagement through digital marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, search engines, and websites
- Create, schedule, and manage content for social media platforms
- Assist with email marketing campaigns, including design, segmentation, scheduling, and reporting
- Update and maintain website content using a CMS platform
- Monitor SEO performance and implement optimisation strategies
- Support paid advertising campaigns such as Google Ads and social media ads
- Track and analyse campaign metrics using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights
- Prepare regular marketing performance reports and recommendations
- Collaborate with graphic designers, content creators, and external vendors
- Ensure all marketing materials align with brand guidelines
- Conduct market research and monitor industry trends and competitor activity
- Assist with promotional events, product launches, and other marketing initiatives
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field is desirable
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing best practices
- Experience with email marketing platforms and content management systems
- Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, and paid advertising platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools.
- Basic graphic design or video editing skills
- Experience in B2B or B2C marketing environments
- Driving Licence is essential
