Training Coordinator - fixed term contract 2 months

Greenlight Safety Training Ltd is a long-established Safety Training and Safety Consultancy company based in Plymouth. We deliver a wide range of short course safety training and consultancy packages to clients across the South West and West of England.

We are looking for a dynamic individual to help us grow our client base and promote our training courses to our existing and new customers.

The Role:

Working Hours: 0800 - 1630, 40 hours

Schedule: Monday - Friday

This is an opportunity to support the training and development of construction companies across the region, utilising fully funded training grants.

Management of the CRM database, including updating and maintaining accurate records of interactions, prospects, and customer information along with invoicing and course bookings.

Supporting our dedicated sales team in scheduling training courses funded through the CITB funding routes. Maintain accurate records of bookings and develop strong relationships with an existing client base.

Supporting a team of Health & Safety consultants with day-to-day administration responsibilities.

Providing email & telephone based support to a wide range of consultancy & training clients.

Meeting targets set by Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £12.71 per hour
