Responsibilities
- Assist in supervising the overall operation of the nightclub during evening hours, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Support the management team in coordinating staff schedules, delegating tasks, and maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Monitor guest interactions to ensure safety protocols are followed and address any issues promptly with professionalism and positivity.
- Oversee entry procedures, including verifying IDs and managing guest list access to promote a secure environment.
- Collaborate with security personnel to handle incidents or disturbances swiftly and effectively.
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety standards throughout the venue.
- Contribute to creating an energetic atmosphere that encourages guest engagement and repeat visits.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in management within hospitality or nightlife settings, demonstrating leadership skills.
- Strong knowledge of guest services principles with a focus on delivering memorable experiences.

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by nightlife operations.
