We're looking for a Social Value Coordinator to join our Construction team based across the South West on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.
Location: South West, with offices in both Plymouth and Exeter
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference by planning, delivering and reporting on social value activities across our construction projects. You'll work collaboratively across pre-construction and construction phases, supporting initiatives including skills and employment, community engagement, education outreach, volunteering, and inclusive recruitment. This role offers the chance to build meaningful relationships with diverse stakeholders whilst championing sustainability and social value across the business.
What will you be responsible for?
As a Social Value Coordinator, you'll be working within the Social Value team, supporting them in delivering measurable social impact across multiple projects. Your day to day will include:
- Collecting and managing social value data from site teams and supply chain partners, uploading to tracking platforms
- Creating clear reports demonstrating achievement against key performance indicators and developing compelling case studies
- Building collaborative relationships with site teams, clients, supply chain partners and local community stakeholders
- Supporting the organisation and delivery of social value initiatives, community volunteering events and promotional ceremonies
- Promoting the importance of social value and wellbeing across the business whilst championing diversity and inclusion
What are we looking for?
This role of Social Value Coordinator is great for you if:
- You have strong data analysis and reporting skills with excellent attention to detail
- You're confident working with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint and Excel, with experience managing administrative tasks
- You communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, with the ability to engage people at all levels
- You're comfortable managing your own workload, meeting tight deadlines and travelling to sites and external events
- You're eager to learn and develop, with a passion for finding better solutions and making a positive impact in communities
